all the time
One of the best remedies for restless sleep I’ve ever heard of was from my mom. She told me to breathe as deeply as I possibly and evenly as I could in through my nose, and then exhale the same way through my mouth. Over and over, focus on the breathing. Then start to “erase” myself with an imagined eraser. I start with my toes usually but you can start wherever you like! It’s really good for anxiety because you can focus on tiny spots, go back if you feel like you’ve forgotten a spot, just sort of feel your muscles relax as you imagine them being erased. It helps a lot with over thinking or boredom
This is good advice. Casey has trouble settling his mind enough to sleep sometimes.
